How many people can the tents sleep?
Our 16 ft tents sleep up to 5 people and our 19 ft tents sleep up to 8 people.
How much space do I need for the tent?
For a 16 ft tent, you'll need 22 ft of flat(ish) grass. For a 19 ft tent, you'll need 25 ft.
How do I reserve my bell tent setup?

What are your cleaning practices?
All decor and linens are cleaned and sanitized between guests. Hard surfaces are disinfected. We ensure that all tent contents are fresh and clean for each new reservation.
Do you offer discounts for multiple nights?
We do not currently offer discounts on the nightly base rates.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as you can to secure your reservation; backyard glamping is becoming quite popular. Thank you for considering and supporting our small business!
How much does it cost to secure the date?
To secure a bell tent, we ask for 50% of the total reservation cost. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your reservation date.
Can I set up at a local campground?
Currently, we do not accommodate set ups at campgrounds, parks, or other public spaces. However, private land venues with flat(ish) turf and permission are acceptable.
What bed linens are provided?
We provide standard bed sheets and one blanket for each bed. If a cold evening is expected, we recommend bringing additional blankets. We do not provide pillows to sleep on for hygienic reasons.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Deposit payments are non-refundable. Reservations paid in full can be applied to a new date if notified at least 10 days before the reservation date. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of reservation date, customer forfeits full balance of reservation total. What The Bell? glamping reservations can be rescheduled due to severe weather (heavy wind and/or rain). Reschedule dates are based on availability.
When do you set up/tear down?
For backyard glamping, we will always be set up by 3pm. “Check out” the following morning is 10am. Depending on various factors, we set up and take down between 10am - 3pm. We will send you a text on the day of your booking with an ETA whether setting up or taking down.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery & set up are included for locations within 20 miles of our business in Arroyo Grande. Contact us if you are located outside this area as this would be considered a custom package and incur a delivery fee.
How does the theater experience work?
Our theater comes with a wireless projector that connects to your home wifi to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. Wifi connection depends on the range of your home wifi. You can also connect directly to a computer to show content.
